Court Injunction Enforced: Vancouver Police Keep Khalistan Separatists Out

Worshipers from "Shaheed" (Martyr) Hardeep Singh Nijjar's Guru Nanak Gurdwara chanted "Kill Modi politically," "Kill India economically," and "Long Live Canada" in front of a rival Gurdwara owned by the Khalsa Diwan Society (KDS), which hosted an Indian diplomat to assist elderly Indians with consular services.

The brother of the KDS's president, Parminder Singh Deo is wanted by India with an Interpol Red Notice for international drug trafficking, among other serious charges.

After the court injunction preventing protesters from approaching the Gurdwara ended at 5:30 PM, they marched in front of the Gurdwara and desecrated an effigy of Modi and the Indian flag.
