“Get out of here!” Indigenous crowd surrounds counter-protester, demanding that she leave

In Calgary, Alberta, an event took place on Friday morning regarding the relocation of a “sacred memorial.”

It was attended by Canadian political scientist Frances Widdowson, who questions the narrative of 215 unmarked graves of children allegedly found in Kamloops, BC, arguing that it lacks evidence. “Denial or truth? Zero bodies. What remains?” her sandwich sign read. She accuses the City of Calgary, which is funding the new $7.5 million memorial, of perpetuating falsehoods.
